We are open daily except major holidays. Please sign up for our news letter or follow us on social media for updates or changes.
Winter Hours (October thru December)
Monday-Thursday: 10am-6pm

Yes, but with some restrictions. Those under 21 are allowed throughout the shop and on the patio. However they are not allowed near the wine racks or tasting/pouring area. That includes the inside table and bar section.
We work with artists from the Oregon & Washington area, they are hand selected through a vetting process. All products must be made or assembled/created in the PNW. However not all of our wine accessories products are not, but they are ordered from a local distributor.
Shipping Policies
Shipping time starts once your order has been processed and does not include weekend, holidays or other extenuating circumstances. We rely on several different carriers, and cannot be responsible for global or local shipping delays due to current economic situations.
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. Shipping costs and methods for your order are calculated based on the total cost of all the items in your cart this includes: the weight, size and contents. We use UPS and USPS depending on the size of the order. Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, & APO/FPO Boxes must ship Overnight and will incur additional costs. We currently do not ship internationally.
Shipping day, is the day you place your order and starts once your order has been processed. If your order is received and processed after 3:00 PM PT, it will ship the next day. Ground Shipping orders should arrive in 5 to 7 business days.
NW Food & Gifts makes every effort to deliver your holiday orders on time and accurately. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your package, please contact us. Please sign up for our email newsletter or follow our social media for up to date information during the holidays.
We can ship to all 50 states and to military APO/FPO addresses. However we cannot ship internationally or to US territories.
All orders are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep our online inventory up to date, however, if an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you, prior to shipping your order. In select cases, NW Food & Gifts reserves the right to make substitutions with products of equal or greater value in order to meet your ship date requirements. Please make sure to check your spam folder or have @nwfoodandgifts.com as a trusted email.
Most packages will arrive in 5 to 7 business days in the continental United States. Shipping time starts once your order has been processed and does not include weekends or holidays. This shipping method is not available for every destination. Shipping time is not guaranteed during the Holiday season (Dec 12 to Dec 26).Ground Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories and other countries. Ground Shipping is not available for military addresses (APO and FPO).
When your order ships, you will be sent a shipment notification email. That email will contain a tracking number for your order from UPS. You can either click on the tracking number link to be taken directly to the UPS website to track your order, or you can copy the tracking number and go directly to the UPS website at www.ups.com and enter the tracking number there to track your package.
Return Policies
We cannot accept any food or perishable items for a return or store credit. Please give us a call and we can try to guarantee your satisfaction.
All other items, non perishable, are subject to a 30 day return policy. All products must be in original condition, non worn or in an open package. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Please contact the store before sending any return items.
