Every month we have a rotating selection of wines from various regions, focusing on the Pacific Northwest, California and internationally. We believe that exploring the greatness of the Willamette Valley can only come from tasting its roots and history obtained from regions around the world. We also have a selection of in house cut charcuterie and fresh made artisan popcorn.

Have you ever wanted to learn more about wine, or increase your marketability in the wine industry? Join us for the first set of WSET courses in the Willamette Valley, brought to you by Wine and Spirit Archives. We have a course suited for all levels and educational desires.
This introductory level course introduces students to major wine styles, practices for proper wine storage and service, as well as the fundamentals of food and wine pairing.This certification course aims to provide students with the product and service knowledge necessary to excel in wine-related positions in restaurants, bars, retail outlets and winery tasting rooms.Who should attend: This course is ideal for students preparing for their first job in the wine industry or for consumers seeking a formal introduction to wine.

The WSET Level 2 Course offers a strong foundation in the world of wine and covers all major grape varieties and wine styles, key world wine regions, label terminology and professional wine tasting technique.Students will build a comprehensive understanding of wine through outside reading, lectures and discussions, and evaluation of over 40 wines using the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting.Additional details about course content and exam details can be found in the course specification.

The WSET Level 3 Award in Wine Course offers a challenging and in-depth examination of the world of wine including all major wine regions, grape varieties, wine styles, viticulture, winemaking, food and wine pairing, labeling laws and terminology, and professional wine tasting technique.The course includes approximately 40 hours of classroom instruction including lecture, discussion and tasting of approximately 90 wines using the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting.
